Personal Experience

As I was scrolling social media on June 16, 2026, a post from Jordu of a picture of a mask he made caught my eye — that mask was Michael Jackson’s Thriller Zombie character. The post was advertising a mask-painting class Jordu would be teaching on August 22nd and 23rd; with August 9th being the registration deadline.

I immediately private messaged Jordu inquiring if the mask in the picture would ever be for sale. A short moment later, he responded, “Yes.” In his reply, he revealed it is a Master Copy, meaning it was the first one out of the mold and would cost $500. Finding that to be an exceptional deal, especially for a Master Copy of a Michael Jackson mask by a world-renowned mask-maker that is not mass-produced, I quickly replied and submitted the payment.

L.A. Gear Unstoppable Black and White Leather Sneakers have the famous MJJ feet logo on the front and on the side parts as a little metal pin. These shoes are similar to the ones Michael worn in the 1990 commercial. 

Michael Jackson signed a deal in 1990 with this US sports company to produce a line of sports featured shoes with his name. They were made in Korea for US market where LA Gear had its main seats. Another line was made for Japanese market which included various t-shirts, socks, sweaters and other items, totally different from the US line. Michael launched a very nice promotional campaign in 1990 which included 2 commercials where he and some of his nieces and nephews acted as guest stars.

These are the shoes I got when I also received the LA Gear x Michael Jackson Unstoppable Shoes signage shown in the Promotional section.. I also wore these shoes instead of just collecting them, which explains their worn condition.

Personal Experience

While not an official or licensed product, the moment I saw this Trick Or Treat Studios mask, I instantly thought of the skeleton from the Making Michael Jackson's Thriller documentary. The long white hair, large teeth, skin hanging in front of the mouth, and even the name Chiller; it's all very reminiscent of the Thriller.
